Exchange Policy
Products purchased from our online store may be eligible for exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The customer submits an exchange request (via email, WhatsApp, or phone call) within 7 working days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.
There is a valid issue with the product received, such as:
A defective item
A missing item
A wrong product was delivered
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product (no product swaps).
The customer clearly states the reason for the exchange in the request.
The original invoice is provided with the item (or shared as a screenshot online).
Please note: Treasure Treats reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request at its sole discretion. Once your exchange request is approved, our customer service team will notify you with the next steps.
